The name is inspired by the artistic legacies of Masino Intaray and Salvacion Lim Higgins—two visionaries from different disciplines yet bound by a shared spirit of Filipino creativity. "Alon" (wave) symbolizes the rhythm and fluidity of Intaray’s indigenous music, echoing the deep cultural traditions of Palawan. "Habi" (weave) reflects Higgins’ mastery in fashion design, intricately crafting garments that fuse classic elegance with Filipino artistry.

 

With a color theme of dark green and beige, Alon at Habi embodies nature’s timeless beauty and the enduring legacy of Filipino craftsmanship.
